Returns and Refunds

y-glam will issue a full refund, including shipping charges, for any purchase that is damaged, defective, or damaged during shipping. 
For any problems you can contact us directly via email info@y-glam.it or via whatsapp.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchases, or want to change the size, y-glam will refund the full amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the items. 

Please remember that the item must be returned in its original condition, including label.
